Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
House consider the Senate message (page 3069) on the following at              
this time:

"An Act relating to employees of the legislature who are employed

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
Representative Porter moved that the House concur in the Senate                
amendment to HB 467, thus adopting HB 467 am S, and recommended                
that the members vote yes.
